- · Shepley sells EPOS systems to the retail and hospitality industries. Our CCTV systems work with these EPOS packages to give full intelligent integration. The till data is overlayed into the the camera image located over the till area. This data is stored on a database to allow for key word search on the CCTV machine. For example "void, draw open, age refusal, age verified, Mars, Coke" - in fact any word that appears on the customer display on the till can be searched for on the CCTV machine.
This allows the store owner to track what his staff are doing on the tills -are they scanning through all the items brought to the counter?, are they scanning the correct items brought to the counter?, are they showing due diligence when selling age restricted products?
