Shepley retail EPOS packages are as simple as you want them to be. The software is very powerful and can be used in a basic format or slowly increased in its functionality to run multiple till at multiple shops connect over the Internet with full stock and order control plus CCTV integration for every till. We do not sell the software as a standalone product.

Stock Control

- Direct printing of stock barcodes/price labels via dedicated label printers (printing on label rolls) or any A4 Windows inkjet/laser printer (printing on label sheets). Even supports the Dymo range of budget label printers, as advertised on TV.

Purchase Ordering
- Supplier database holding minimum order requirements for each supplier.

- Generate Purchase Orders from a handheld scanner (walk around your store or stock room and scan items you would like the system to order).
- Receive on stock quickly and painlessly just from the PO number (supports part shipments).
Finance
- Input purchase invoices to track your accounts payable.
- View invoice/delivery mismatches to spot supplier errors, missing invoices and missing shipments/returns.
- Generate your VAT return (the system tells you what amounts to put in which boxes). Simplifies an otherwise lengthy quarterly task.
- Generate Profit/Loss accounts for any period of time (day, week, month, financial year, etc).

- Export sales logs filtered by supplier as a spreadsheet (ideal for auto stock replenishment or supplier invoicing of sold stock).

Multi-site support / remote access
